My name is Kayla and I have not been here in quite a while but have decided that it's about time that I start blogging again. For myself, and for you.
Excitingly, my life in the next year is going to be changing drastically and I can't wait! I am going to be starting the Makeup Design for Film and Television program at Vancouver Film School on January 4th, 2016 and I am sooo stoked! I have never been so sure about anything in my life; the moment that I got the call to tell me I'd been accepted in to the program I couldn't stop shaking and just broke down in tears. Funnily enough, I have never reacted like that towards anything before, not even the day my son was born. That was the moment that I knew what I was meant to do with my life.
Since it's still over a year until I start school, and about a year before we move back to BC from Alberta, I have decided in the mean time to keep myself busy with certain things: blogging, creating YouTube videos, painting and drawing to my hearts content, spending as much time as I can with my son.
I thought I'd share my journey towards my new life with all of you!
So to start things off, why don't you go check out my very first makeup video on YouTube and give it a "like" and let me know what you think! I messed it up a bit, but it was my first so hopefully they will get better with my next couple. ;)
In the next few days I will be shooting another video to show you all my haul from MAC! My first time ever trying out MAC products and I couldn't be more excited about it. So I shall do that soon! (Woo!)
Also, in about a week and a half I should have my very first Ipsy bag EVAR, which means I will be doing an "unboxing" video for you ladies as well! So exciting, I can't wait!
